What a pawn. Does he know the internet, and his constituents have memories?
This isn't 2018, Joe, and people no longer believe the lies. The pandemic did much more than infect people. it also inoculated many against the machinations of those in power.

I doubt that the Republicans are CAPABLE of using Manchin’s comment in a commercial, as Frank Luntz will likely tell them that it’s divisive.
But just in case there is a GOP operative reading this, here’s an easy way to write the ad:
INTRO: People complaining about their latest electric bill.
ANNOUNCER: It’s not just Republicans complaining about Biden driving up the cost of energy.
CLIP: Manchin talking about the War on Coal, with big text saying “DEMOCRAT SENATOR JOE MANCHIN”.
...then take it from there.

Isn’t this is last term? Maybe, he wants W. Virginians to name some kind of memorial for him or something?
To: dforest
His constituents need to teach him a lesson.Yes but they aren't the ones who count the votes.

“Manchin needs to become a RINO.”
Perhaps he’s reading the tea leaves, and this is just the first of many steps in doing just that, ala Tulsi Gabbard.
