The hosts of The View swooned over Pennsylvania Democratic Senate hopeful John Fetterman during a Friday interview, calling his debate performance 'courageous' and saying it was 'shocking' that his race against Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz was so close.
It was the latest cakewalk for a Democratic guest compared to the interrogation Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas experienced during last Monday's show.
'I think it was an incredibly courageous and brave thing for you to show what healing from a stroke looks like. That's incredibly brave,' Hostin told Fetterman, who was appearing on the show remotely from Pennsylvania. 'On the other hand, Dr. Oz, a cardiac surgeon, in my view came off as a bully.'
Sara Haines told Fetterman that 'it's clear it's not cognitive,' speaking about the after-effects of his stroke, and said she'd then treat him like a 'regular candidate.'
The same panel draw laughs from the audience when earlier this year they suggested Republican Senate hopeful Herschel Walker had a stroke because he was 'incoherent' and said Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, another Republican, looked like he 'suffered a stroke' on stage.
The concerns surrounding Fetterman's May stroke were heightened after a shaky debate performance last Tuesday, with the Democrat mangling words throughout.

Which one is the most braindead?
Did the view put up their own closed captioning?
Shocking huh? Really? Braindead reaction to the obvious.
View, Spew.
And orca wimpfree has endorsed him as well.

Oz has proven to be not only very likeable with a huge audience...he has worked hard to support the parties agenda. He will make a fine Senator.
“Fetterman is the most wonderful, incredible, courageous man who ever existed. He is a champion of women and their reproductive rights. We must vote for him or our democracy will be destroyed!”
That’s about the size of it. God help us.
This is what you become when your family never held you accountable for any mess you were in, and you were raised to just not like people and be rude.. it was your duty.
No accountability!!!
Oh there will be one day ...
These people are delusional.
And by delusional, I mean they live in a world of their imagination, where everyone’s wishes will come true if they wish hard enough... Fetterman can do a good job in the Senate, boys can become girls, being fat has no ill effects on one’s body, all Americans would vote for them if the Ds could just communicate the wonderfulness of their vision....
Sounds like Fettermania over at The Zoo.
In two sentences, you manage to convey the flavor of the matter!
What these morons don’t realize is that even talking about his stroke makes voters think about the fact that he has had a bad stroke. Not going to have the effect on voters that they think.
In my stupid opinion, we are being programmed to net be surprised when(if?) there is a gigantic Red Wave after all of historic proportions — and “the Left” goes berserk with rioting and huge civil disorder.
As a reaction, the Right will get the blame, and many very ugly things are proposed and said — and “Rightist Extremeists” are rounded up for investigation. A “Rightist Extremeist” will turn out to be anybody and everybody on the Right. If you’re reading this — you’re one.
The crazy is just getting warmed up. You ain’t seen nothing yet.
a certain percentage of females will vote for him out of compassion ...
> These people are delusional. <
They live in a world of Groupthink as well. One host on the View says something. It could be something political. Or could something about some actor. Whatever. The other hosts nod vigorously in agreement. And the audience claps wildly.
It reminds me of when Stalin would make a speech to the Soviet Central Committee. Everybody agrees. Everybody claps like crazy.
