Sources tell DailyMail.com a classified report due to be sent to Congress this week lists more than 150 cases of unexplained UFO encounters in the past year

'They don't want to talk about this stuff, because they really, really don't know what the hell they are. That's the truth,' the source said
A classified report due to be sent to Congress Monday lists more than 150 cases of unexplained UFO encounters by military and government officials in the past year, sources told DailyMail.com exclusively.
The 22-page report, compiled by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), analyzes 366 cases – and only about half of them could be explained, two sources close to the department said.
Examples include video shot by Reaper drones conducting surveillance in the Middle East that caught 'orbs' flying around then 'suddenly bolting off the screen'.
Others, an ODNI source said, are similar to famous encounters by Navy F-18 fighter pilots who saw, filmed and registered on radar 'tic tac' and 'gimbal' shaped craft flitting near training areas off the US east and west coasts, moving at supersonic speeds and performing incredible maneuvers with no apparent means of propulsion.

I didn't think of the similarities to the "Tic Tac" incident until later. It looked like a large clear "Tic Tac" with lighted panels inside and it automatically erased all of the perfect video I got of it before I could watch it again ( just like the Navy Tic tac affair)

I’d also be immediately suspicious because I’d want to know what they were really after.
I know people love UFO stories as I once did, and still would if they were good.
By definition, 100% of unidentified objects should be unexplained.
Saying that after some analysis, half of 200 reports remain unexplained, is not saying much.
Including the former Governor of the state.
At first sight from far off, I thought it was the Goodyear blimp, but then as it passed overhead it became obvious it was not anything known to me or identifiable by me.The level of visible detail as it passed by was way beyond any UFo video I have seen, I thought man this is going to be awesome video as I observed it on the phone screen as it passed over the horizon. All excited I hit the replay arrow and a black line wiped it clean
If I had some sort of credentialed position, I would not tell anyone about what I saw because the default assumption is that you are crazy or had some dream or something
but people should know about stuff like this
Even more unsettling is that extraterrestrials may not even be the half of it, with so-called ultraterrestials traveling here from alternate dimensions and universes through portals of one type or another. Oddly, there are a number of places where UFOs, cryptids, ghostly entities, and the like seem to originate. We are perhaps not just "not alone," but are under observation by a number of nonhuman intelligences for purposes that we can only guess at.
The Phoenix lights was watched by a neighbor of mine who was a engineer for the helicopter plant down there. The Apachie is made there.
All he said was when the kids yelled for him to come out and that thing passed overhead all head could think of what the hell is driving that thing. The lights were the power plants and it was absolutely silent.
He passed away and his family sold the place now. They had the place as a get away from down there and would come up a couple weekends a month.
BTW, they saw it in Prescott and we got a map out and drew a line from Phoenix through Prescott and guess where it might have come from. North of Vegas area.
