I know the POTUS and VPOTUS are not subject to the Hatch Act, but how is this not a violation? Prime time speech, using executive branch assets, to not simply support Dems, but attack political opposition before a midterm election?!

I wonder if Fox will preempt it’s World Series pregame coverage with Biden’s speech. I’m hoping that is the case, thinking that it will anger Phillies fans in Pennsylvania. Image the potential political blunder that Biden will cause. Just an aside, why hasn’t Biden been to one of the World Series games? I sooooo wanted to watch him throw out the first pitch.
