Well, that explains most of the problem right there! The goons at Federal Heights are a corrupt pack of troglodytes! I know a former insider who got framed and fired as soon as he began exposing their corruption to the city.

After the Summer of Floyd and Defund the Police, after so many police officers quit, it might now be tougher to find qualified police officers. Same as with the military, police departments might be lowering the bar to find recruits.
