Republican aides and strategists privately expect Attorney General Merrick Garland to pursue an indictment of former President Trump within 60 to 90 days after Election Day, predicting the window for prosecuting Trump will close once the 2024 presidential campaign gains momentum.
Republican aides on Capitol Hill and veteran party strategists emphasize they don’t have any inside information on what Garland might do, but they say the attorney general is under heavy pressure from Democrats to act and the deadline for pursuing an indictment is fast approaching.

Hopefully, the blowout on Election Day will be severe enough that even a total partisan shill like Garland will be reluctant to pull a stunt like this.

They have nothing. They know it. We know it. It won’t stop them from manufacturing hysteria between now and November 2024, unfortunately.
Democrats, and their republican assistants, know how if they tell a lie often enough, it eventually becomes the truth in people’s minds.
Likewise, if the mention indictment of president Trump often enough, they (democrats and assistants) believe that people will come to accept it as fact.
A lie still is a lie, whether believed or not and cannot be acted upon without the REAL evidence and proof. But, democrats (and republican assistants) cannot let go of their hate of Trump, so, they have to continue going after Trump, even after Trump is dead and buried many years from now.
Trump needs to declare at 10 pm, EDT, election night. IMO.

May I suggest the Republican led House put forth a bill to finance a twelve man gallows, to be constructed on the National Mall?
Let the extreme leftists observe the construction, without mentioning what it’s for. That might get their attention, nothing else seems to.
