CNN: Fed may have to blow up the economy to get inflation under control

The Federal Reserve is most likely going to raise interest rates by three quarters of a percentage point again on Wednesday, its fourth straight supersized hike. And it’s still possible another rate increase of that magnitude could come in December.

But the big question for many investors – and American consumers – is whether the Fed will send the economy into a recession with these massive rate increases.

There are hopes that any downturn would be mild, but this is uncharted territory for the Fed. Former central bank chairs Alan Greenspan, Ben Bernanke and current Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen never had to raise rates this many times in a row by such large amounts.

RESPONSES TO THE ARTICLES IN THE ORDER YOU LISTED THEM:

“Indicted”... not convicted... or 1 vote? 3 votes? I mean, I’m glad authorities are on it. But that’s hardly evidence of ‘massive fraud’.

One person covering a license plate? That’s proof of massive election fraud?

Ok... a 6,000 ballot error is larger, but... it’s been admitted to, BEFORE the election. Pretty easy for it to be corrected now. Again.. not evidence of “massive fraud”.

30 day sentence for “harvesting four ballots”? puh-lease...

Oh... my favorite, a “Bombshell” from Joe Hoft at Gateway Pundit. Joe has more Bombshells than Putin. If any of what they claim is true, why hasn’t anyone been charged? There is ZERO real evidence in that story.

A REPEAT of the San Luis lady, accused of improperly inserting four ballots from her friends.

Oh... and then a THIRD story about the San Luis Lady...

And finally, the 19,000 Late Ballots that were counted. This was rebutted by the Maricopa Elections Board in their 93-page response to the CyberNinja audit. 934 was the correct number to exclude, not 19,000.

You can read it here:
https://www.12news.com/article/news/politics/elections/correcting-the-record-maricopa-county-blasts-senate-gops-election-review-in-point-by-point-takedown-heres-what-we-know/75-747c9bfe-eaea-41f5-9290-0763510ddbb9

Look... I’m with you. I think the election was rigged 9 ways to Sunday. But, it’s damned hard to PROVE it. I think the 2000 Mule film had the primary method down. They made, or obtained ballots in the names of people they KNOW rarely ever vote, and then stuffed them into drop boxes. The film seems definitive to me. Yet, no prosecutor anywhere seems to have any interest.

This list you provided contains scant evidence of ‘massive election fraud’.

I fear the Dems have figured out an undetectable way to cheat.

Oh... I've been looking. It's just not there. There is NO KRACKEN anywhere.

The handful of one-offs is not evidence of wide-spread fraud on the necessary scale. If they're doing it (and, I think they are), they're getting away with it.

cgbg, I just saw all the work you did to show “TIM” something that, perhaps, he never heard of or cared to see.

There are none so blind as.....

You did a great job and I wanted to say Thanks, because it takes a lot of patience to deal with that kind of blindness.

Regards

“This list you provided contains scant evidence of ‘massive election fraud’.”

This discussion reminds me of the UFO discussions we have here and on Reddit. :-)

What is “evidence”?

There is a big difference between rock solid proof and just evidence.

Proof would require a serious investigation by serious people who have no axe to grind.

Good luck with that.

Nobody in the political establishment wants to “prove” massive election fraud, even if they were given the resources and authority to do so, because it undermines all claims of “democracy”.

Massive voter fraud is not new. It was actually perfected in the presidential election of 1876 where ten million new voters materialized out of nowhere (way way above population increases and the highest “turnout” percentage in history—by far—blatant blatant fraud based on the numbers).

The Biden fraud is obvious in the same way—turnout figures just do not compute—so we know there was massive fraud. That is proof in the political science sense even though it might not fly in a courtroom.

Yea... that's the problem. I have 50 years of experience working in and around elections, and for sure.. watching them with interest. There is NO WAY what happened is legit.

There were so many indicators, everywhere. But, there is no provable fraud, literally anywhere. Probably the worst is, the Biden Laptop coverup. That was blatant. But, with electioneering, it's damned hard to uncover.

Which, scares me because... that means, they can do it again. And, I'm sure they are.

I thought the 2020 Atlanta video with “Ruby” and boxes of paper ballots being hauled into the convention center and stuck under her desk would qualify as “proof”.

“This is how we do it in Fulton County” she said.

Ratburger (GA Secretary of State) had zero interest in pursuing fraud—he was obviously on the fraud team.

We bought our first home in 1979 with a 30 year mortgage of 11.25%. Within a few months, 30 year mortgages were topping 18% and banks were offering ARM mortgages. Sadly we knew many people who got an ARM mortgage who quickly found their payments unaffordable as interest rates kept climbing. Biden is bringing back the stagflation of Jimmy Carter
