The District Attorney Brooke Jenkins in her statement (immediately after the Police Chief) said that she “… commended the SF Police Dept for immediate response to this home and for swiftly making sure that Mr. Pelosi was ok….” Did she inadvertently let the cat out of the bag that Pelosi just has a minor flesh wound?
So Pelosi goes into a bathroom to make a phone call. Why didn’t he lock himself in the bathroom? Pelosi with a hammer and nudist guy are dowstairs when cops arrive. Did Pelosi use the hammer to break the window to make it look like a break in? Had the Pelosi alarm system been set? If so, and if the system was working, it’s likely the alarm company would have called the Pelosi residence. If they didn’t get a response or if the person answering didn’t know the emergency code, law enforcement would have been called.
