Exactly, especially since it sounds like the police got there extremely quickly... i.e. inside security probably intervened or called cops when a known visitor got violent.

I think I can clarify -
There were protests originating in San Franciscos Castro district, a few years ago, by people insisting they have the right to go around nude. This sort of thing extended all the way down to Market Street and the Embarcadero.
