That's a good one.
After seeing videos on Fox tonight of Twitter employees basically just bumming around, doing nothing productive on the job, one of my former bosses had a saying that also seems to fit those Twitter workers (before the "fired with enthusiasm" part comes about). He used to come along, and say, "Working hard, or hardly working?"

Depending on what they’re assigned to, a lot of IT work is actually just monitoring things and looks like ‘doing nothing’.
However, if they’re customer service reps and they’re doing nothing....
