Color me skeptical, Vlad does not look healthy, but if he is on chemo I’m sure it would be administered via a port not his hand which requires he be repeatedly stuck. I port can be hidden under his shirt and is just the best way to go.

Dear subscribers and guests of the channel! Yesterday, Russian President Vladimir Putin held an operational meeting with permanent members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. During the introduction, Putin played a scene demanding to restore order as part of the process of “partial” mobilization. Having made a message to the masses, they say calm down, the “kind” president ordered to sort everything out and restore order, to monitor the execution of which is entrusted to the whole Prosecutor General. So, according to one of the scenarios, after the announcement of the entry of four new regions into Russia, to demand in an ultimatum form from Kiev to withdraw troops from the “new territories of Russia”, and if Ukraine refuses, to use tactical nuclear weapons with target options.
During the discussion, several people spoke in favor of the main option outlined by the President, which does not provide for ultimatums and the use of nuclear weapons at first. Putin reacted rather harshly to this, expressing confidence that it is necessary to come to terms with the idea that in order to achieve the goals set, the use of nuclear weapons in this war is likely to be inevitable. Putin is confident that there will be no military response, and the United States and allied countries will prefer to impose sanctions that will have a “painful effect” on the economy, but will have to come to terms with the “new reality”.
