The Peach State is reverting to red, according to a new Trafalgar/Daily Wire poll.
Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp has a commanding, near 7-point lead in his rematch against Stacey Abrams, and Herschel Walker is on pace to flip the Senate seat held by Raphael Warnock to the GOP, according to the poll. The former University of Georgia and NFL great holds a 48.9-46.5 lead over Warnock, who was elected in a special election in January 2021.
Walker appears to have capitalized on a strong debate performance to put allegations he paid for a woman’s abortion, which he denies, behind him.
“When we, Insider Advantage, and Emerson polled Walker just after all the personal allegations had come out, but before the debate, Walker had only fallen behind by an average of 2.3%,” Trafalgar Group founder Robert Cahaly said. “After Herschel’s strong debate performance a well known group, Landmark released a poll having the race tied. Now we have Walker leading by 2.4%.”

I’m ashamed…. 1990? Championship season. Who is that?
The Bobby Ross days. I later had the pleasure of meeting Coach Ross.
Ken “Captain America” Swilling.
And a certain Calvin Johnson in the oughts….. aka Megatron.
The Bobby Ross days.
Wide tackle 6.
I believe Charles was born In South Georgia. I’ll check….
He was amazing. I’d say he would be considered the best if he played on a quality squad.
It’s funny, I think:
Best RB ever - Barry Sanders
Best WR ever - Calvin Johnson
Too bad Detroit sucks always...
Bobby Ross said you always wanted Ken Swilling getting of the bus first at away games to scare people.
He was born in Albany Georgia but he spent his entire childhood in Florida from his infancy until he was an adult.
The Lions seem to be the graveyard for NFL careers. I mentioned Bobby Ross - he was the head coach there briefly too. I would have loved to see Calvin Johnson in a quality West Coast offensive system.
His numbers would have been off the charts.
Very fast, excellent hands, quality route running, strong, 6’5”, and could jump.
