I heard a report on the Canadian Prepper youtube channel, of just the opposite. MI-6 is shipping nuclear material to the Ukes so they can blow a dirty bomb and blame the Russians, all to get NATO into the war directly.

A few facts Russia and Russia Shill Inc are ignoring. No one, not the US, Russia, or any nuclear power has ever tested a dirty bomb. No nation uses nuclear weapons of any kind without having some idea of if it will work. Ukraine has no nuclear weaponry, no nuclear program of any kind. They gave up all their Soviet era nuclear weapons 30 years ago for security guarantees by Russia. All radioactive material in nuclear weapons can be traced to who made it. If anyone uses a nuclear device, the major powers will know who made the fissile material.

Which means the only party in Ukraine that has the means to create and deliver a dirty bomb is Russia.
