Spain's Ministry of Health has lifted all COVID-19 restrictions for travelers. European Union citizens and travelers from non-EU nations will no longer be required to show proof of vaccinations or tests or file health control forms.
"All COVID-19 travel restrictions for travelers to Spain have been lifted," according to a government website. "The rules that previously applied to travelers coming to Spain no longer apply."
There's no longer any requirement for tourists from other countries to produce any COVID-19 documents to enter Spain.
Until now, proof of vaccination, a negative test or COVID-19 recovery certificate were needed.

Not sure how it worked in Spain, but a lot of the restrictions in other countries were phony as hell. I was in France last summer at a time when they supposedly required proof of vax or a negative test. I went to the trouble of obtaining a negative test the day before arrival, and upon entering the country not a single person ever asked for it.
You had to get it to go through immigration at the airport in Spain. They sent you a QR code that you had to show.
Bear in mind that Spain is a radically socialist country (at the moment, since it’s a parliamentary system but unfortunately the left is in control now).
I think they finally realized that they needed tourist dollars more than they needed EU virtue signalling.

Those restrictions should never have been pit in place. The people who put these restrictions in place must suffer some consequences.
