The Empire State's latest gun-control law was dealt another setback in federal court today.
Judge John Sinatra of the Western District of New York, a Trump appointee, found the state's total ban on licensed gun-carry inside places of worship is unconstitutional. He issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the provision to go into effect immediately and remain in effect until he decides on a request for a preliminary injunction. Judge Sinatra said the state's gun ban in churches violates the Second Amendment rights of New Yorkers...

So much for separation of church and state.
The state sure doesn’t have any problem violating that guideline when it suits them.
If churches can’t get involved in politics, then the government has NO business interfering with churches.
NY wants churches to be killing fields for the next mass shooting false flag.
Any place with a sign that is Gun Free Zone should also have a sign Please Shoot Us.
I remember a high school Assistant Principal, who parked his car JUST outside the school grounds, because he had a shotgun. When a shooter began shooting, he sprinted to the car and stopped the shooter. The best way to stop a gun is another gun.
It’s like the Left wants to declare open season on the killing of the religious people who may stand in their way.
The law was already being disobeyed widely in New York including the Jewish community.
Yup.
Christians have allegiance to a higher power than the government, and are not so easy to enslave. Eradicating them cuts out a big block of resistance to full out government tyranny.
