The house can still refuse to seat elected reps, iirc. If Gingrich's best case comes true and Rs win all the toss-ups it could be 57-43 in the Senate--nearly enough to refuse to seat MRS. Fetterman who has no legitimate business sitting in the US Senate.

Then she would be the Senator, and he would not be allowed on the Floor.
Note that this is only when the Senate is in actual session, not on the first day of a new Congress when family is all over the place and swearing in ceremonies are taking place............
