The Ukrainian government on Thursday ordered restrictions on nationwide electricity use following a series of Russian missile and drone attacks that struck one-third of the country’s power plants.
President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video address on Wednesday night three energy facilities were destroyed in the last day alone.
“We assume that Russian terror will be directed at energy facilities until, with the help of partners, we are able to shoot down 100% of enemy missiles and drones,” he said.
“Please limit your electricity consumption.”
Under the new energy-reducing program, power supply across Ukraine is restricted between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m..

This means the Ukes won’t be able to charge their EV’s. Kinda like Californians.
Of course, Ukraine is now a full blown welfare nation, waiting for Congress to vote them in as our 51st state…..that said, few listened to Vlads speech a few short weeks ago…
He stated clearly that Russia has not even “ started “, well he is now finally starting….he should have put Ukraine in the total dark on Feb 25th. That would have saved tens of thousands lives and billions of dollars, forcing the corrupted little beggar to the negotiating table…
Anyway, Vlad now just needs to turn up the dial at his choosing, 35 percent in the dark,45 percent, 70 percent…..reading Ukie social media, the calls for negotiations are rising, even his ouster….nothing the West can do about it, he still holds all the cards. Pray Vlad exercises continued restraint.
Neither side is all that smart in this war. The Russians haven’t gone total war on the Ukraine yet. Taking out utility infrastructure would bring many countries to their knees quickly.
