“How dare Trump bad mouth our Republican senate candidate in Colorado,” whined the Never-Trump GOP establishment, clutching their pearls, when the former president “truthed” of Republican Joe O’Dae (A pro-abortion, pro-illegal immigration amnesty, Big Government liberal in the mold of Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski).
“There’s this RINO character in the Great State of Colorado, Joe O’Dea, that is running against the incumbent Democrat for the United States Senate, who is having a good old time saying he wants to ‘distance’ himself from President Trump, and other slightly nasty things,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “MAGA doesn’t Vote for stupid people with big mouths. Good luck Joe!”
They don’t mention that this “attack” came after months of attacks on the former president by the Senate candidate, including this most recent one.
On Sunday, O’Dea poked the bear by taking his opposition to Trump one step further with an interview on CNN, of all networks. “I’m going to actively campaign against Donald Trump and make sure that we’ve got four or five really great Republicans right now,” O’Dea told CNN’s Dana Bash.

One might call this the end of Reagan’s 11th commandment, but it was never really a general rule anyway. It was used exclusively to silence criticism or opposition to the party establishment. Outsiders or conservatives who opposed the status quo were always fair game for attacks from the party. When the establishment candidate won a primary, the rule was in effect. When an outsider won the primary, it was not and the party was free to sneer about the candidate and withdraw support so as to punish the base for not choosing the party aristocracy’s choice.

RINOs aren’t Republicans, by definition.
I don’t see a foul here.
This bunch of RINO finks in DC would have had the shiv in Reagan’s back quicker than they knifed Trump. Damn DC Uniparty (R) scum deserve much more than criticism. After their participation in the coup they deserve the gallows.
RINO’S are Fakeservatives who put the World Economic Forum first not the United States.
I walk a tight rope here. Trump’s less-than-ideal actions resulted in the loss of Georgia Senate seats because he had a grudge against Kemp. That was totally stupid and unnecessary. As a result we got a ton of spending and likely inflation. WHen the balance is so close in the Senate I’m not sure it’s a good idea to forego a purple senate possibility for purity reasons. Utah is a diff story cause that douche says he will caucus with the dims. It’s ok to be pragmatic when it helps the big picture. Even if things swing our way in safe districts we still need 1 out of 3 of the Senate toss-ups to gain a majority.

It’s shocking how many we have!!!
Yes.
My update used to be “Thou Shalt Not Speak Ill of President Trump.”
.
How many Republicans went against Goldwater in 1964?
The 11th Commandment has never existed.
With Romney and Murkowski and Collins, it’s already lost.
You have some valid points. Thanks
This makes me sad. I thought this guy was all right when first he blipped the radar.
That's the whole point. There are five or six political parties out there - they just use only two labels.
The party establishment never cried fowl when Liz Cheney was out there besmirching conservatives.
Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States. When you realize that this has been going on for decades, not so shocking.

I agree. Though it’s remarkable how well Democrats have stayed in lockstep.

Democrats are collectivists, Conservatives are individualists, it’s what it is.
Where do we start Asa Hutchinson in Arkansas, Larry Hogan in Maryland, Eric Holcomb of Indiana and I’m just talking some of the Republican governors for starters.
Sounds like heads, they win, tails we lose with this screwball O’Dea. We had a worthless fraud in Pa for years, Arlen Specter.
