'What are they hiding?': Group sues Biden and National Archives over JFK assassination records

The country's largest online source of JFK assassination records is suing President Joe Biden and the National Archives to force the federal government to release all remaining documents related to the most mysterious murder of a U.S. president nearly 60 years ago.

The Mary Ferrell Foundation filed the federal lawsuit Wednesday one year after Biden issued a memo postponing the release of a final trove of 16,000 records assembled under the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992, which Congress passed without opposition in response to Oliver Stone's Oscar-nominated film “JFK.”

The JFK records act, signed by President Bill Clinton, required that the documents be made public by Oct. 26, 2017, but President Donald Trump delayed the release and kicked the can to Biden, who critics say continued the policy of federal obfuscation that has existed since Kennedy was assassinated Nov. 22, 1963, in an open motorcade at Dealey Plaza in Dallas.

It’s high time that the government got its act together and obeyed the spirit and the letter of the law,” said the vice president of the nonpartisan Mary Ferrell Foundation, Jefferson Morley, an expert on the assassination and the CIA.

“This is about our history and our right to know it,” said Morley, the author of the JFK Facts blog.

Morley’s sentiment is shared by fellow historians, open government advocates and even some members of the Kennedy family, who usually don’t comment on the assassination.

I was disappointed that Trump held documents back at the request of CIA

Could those be some of the docs he had at MiraLago? Could that be why the federal bureaucrats are so angry?

Remember Teddy locked up some of the docs. That’s a big “why” now. They clearly don’t want to talk about the fatal shot coming from the front. And remember Jackie claimed she jumped up on the TRUNK to get a piece of JFK’s head in case they needed it. the TRUNK, right?

The government? Obey the law?

Mr. Morley has some catching up on current events to do.

What are they hiding?

Poppy Bush running the show in Dallas that day, and lying about his CIA employment in his Senate confirmation hearing to be CIA director.

60 years later. The people involved are long dead. The US government couldn’t give a flying fornication about embarrassing somebody, or causing anybody emotional grief. The sources and methods from 1960 are only found in the Smithsonian. They are keeping this secret because it’s some thing that would reveal that it was yet another of our government overthrows. The Trump operation was the same thing, only they didn’t murder him. They just murdered his reputation.

I think it’s more about JFK’s legacy and his extra-marital affairs.

He got VD and his family don’t want his medical history to be revealed.

The secret service in the follow car turned toward the sound of the second shot and accidentally fired his ar-15 fired hitting JFK. The time between the second and third shot could never be duplicated. Doctors reported bullet fragments in JFK brain and brain disappeared. Every person in the cars following smelled cordite from a fired gun.

They never ever want the public to know that the SS shot JFK.

What shot from the front? Anybody with a rifle would have been seen by a large number of people, not really anyplace to hide.

JFK was shot by Commie so crazy the Soviets dumped him back on us.

A little Masonic data re the JFK assasination.

11, 22 and 33 are the Master numbers in Freemasonry.

Kennedy was killed on the 22nd day of the 11th month near the 33rd parallel. Dealey Plaza was named after George Dealey, a 33rd degree Scottish Rite Mason. Dealey was also a Knight Templar, Shriner and member of the Red Cross of Constantine.

A ballistics expert (now deceased) came to that conclusion about the fatal head shot coming from a secret service agent’s AR-15. The book “Fatal Error” by Menninger goes into detail; quite convincing.

My theory is that the sealed records won’t confirm the fatal shot from the SS because it would contradict the Warren Commission’s conclusions - based on selective use of evidence to support the pre-ordained givernment narrative that Oswald acted alone and fired the only gun. To keep such records to show the contrary would damage this country’s feral givernment even 60 years later that is incomprehensible. The givernment is the top expert bar none at creating forgeries, destroying documents, denying anything ever existed ... etc. The truth won’t be found beneath the redactions, nor in its files. Plausible deniability and outright lying are the modus operandi.

The book is titled “Mortal Error.” The Secret Service agent named in the book was George Hickey. He sued the publisher for libel twice, once unsuccessfully, and then reached an undisclosed settlement with the publisher upon publication of the paperback version. I was originally persuaded by the argument in the book, but I now have doubts about it.

Why did President Trump halt the release of the JFK documents?

” Why did President Trump halt the release of the JFK documents?

The same reason he nominated/appointed Wray, Bolton, Milley, Sessions, Kelly, Mattis, Barr etc etc. The same reason Trump didn’t pardon Assage.

I know it was an easy shot by Oswald but I am now suspecting it was Marilyn Monroe’s former husband Joe DiMaggio that shot that 2 timing Kennedy.... : )
