Tobacco settlement money must be running out. They used those funds up helping all the tobacco users quit in NJ so it’s time to move on to the next success. Oil and gas companies need to immediately raise costs to NJ buy $.25 or more per gallon to offset the cost of litigation.

“If Oil is the result of decomposed animals/plants; then shouldn’t the Spectral Analysis of Oil and animal/plant life be similar? They should be made from the same ratio of elements”

“If charcoal is the result of decomposed animals/plants; then shouldn’t the Spectral Analysis of Oil and animal/plant life be similar? They should be made from the same ratio of elements”

No, it's not a stupid question. It's a dishonest question.

They should be made from the same ratio of elements”

Says who? Why should they be? Give your detailed reasoning and evidence for this premise.

Thank you.

Halt all sales of “fossil fuels” in the state of NJ. Immediately. No exceptions.

This is exactly the correct action. Firearm manufacturers should take the same action with regard to States like ... oh, yeah ... New Jersey.

The companies, state officials said, have known since at least the 1950s that the burning of fossil fuels is a major driver of climate change which environmental experts say has made already catastrophic storms like Sandy more damaging.

Utter BS! Still More #ComDem_Insanity! So called leaders are nut cases.

A money grab. Blackmail for going against the accepted narrative. Disgusting. They need to countersue and say “prove it”. Prove that global warming or climate change is happening because of humans.

They have to prove it exists, first.

Unless these 5 companies are cooperating to lose.

Prove global warming exists. Cant be done

Not can they prove that the climate is “changing”.

Changing how? From what to what?

Just what is the average temperature of the earth supposed to be in the first place?

Hurricane Sandy was a problem not because of its size, but because people built where flooding would be a problem when, not if, one hit.

The problem with the property damages and costs involved isn’t because of the strength of the storms.

It’s because humans don’t think before they build.

That is what they want. The goal is to force the sheeple to use mass transit.

Good idea.

The planet is not warming at an alarming rate. There has been some rise but we are still here and unfortunately NJ Democrats/ rats are still here.

It was in many places an environmental and crime-ridden bunch of city shitholes when I visited it in the 60s. Some still are. Thanks Dems.

PS. I spent a number of years working on environmental cleanup cases in DELAWARE AND NEW JERSEY, IN places run by the Democrats. They sat on their asses for decades doing almost nothing until the feds moved in with CERCLA cases.

I once suggested that we just nuke the northeastern part of NJ as a cleanup method. Almost got enough votes to do it. “Missed it by THAT MUCH”. /sarcasm

Closer to the truth than you would think. If only you could have read domes minds.

Who is left to even read Time? Magazines as newspapers seem to be from a time long past.
