A Wake County judge ruled Thursday in favor of the Republican National Committee (RNC) against the North Carolina State Board of Elections (NCSBE) and its unlawful restrictions on partisan poll watchers.
Back in September, the RNC and the North Carolina GOP sued the NCBOE for its illegal regulations restricting party observers. Such restrictions prevent the GOP from replacing “at-large” election observers at any time, requiring observers to serve at least four hours at a polling location before a new volunteer could take their place.
Attorneys for the RNC said such a regulation was “unfair” since it would stop them from replacing observers with party lawyers, who might be called to investigate election-related concerns. According to the RNC, the restrictions conflict with state statutes.
Wake County Superior Court Judge Vince Rozier agreed, granting the RNC its preliminary injunction against the NCSBE, and thereby blocking the rule that prevented party observers from coming and going to different poll locations throughout Election Day.
“This legal victory protects the rights of poll watchers and underscores the Republican Party’s commitment to free, fair, and transparent elections in the Tar Heel State,” RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said in a press release.
This isn’t the only time the RNC has challenged unlawful restrictions against poll watchers. In Michigan, the group filed a lawsuit against Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson for issuing last-minute guidance restricting the rights of poll challengers and thereby subverting the authority of Michigan’s Republican-majority legislature.
Increasing restrictions on poll watchers is just another tactic the left uses to decrease citizen oversight of the administration of local elections and rig them in Democrats’ favor. This is why corporate media outlets have mounted a nonstop propaganda campaign characterizing GOP poll watchers as “election deniers,” hoping to stop concerned citizens from volunteering at their local polling places.
While the North Carolina GOP won its challenge against the rules for party observers, it did lose its bid to limit the deadline for counting mail-in ballots to only three days after the election. Because the third day this year falls on a holiday, Veterans Day, the NCSBE is extending the deadline to the following Monday, Nov. 14.
If there is no widespread fraud, it would be strategeric to let representatives of the people claiming fraud to watch the process, then you can point to that later. Since that’s such a point of contention, well....
Arizona Democrat Sentenced to 30 Days in Jail for Ballot Harvesting
Besides, with such stiff sentences as 30 days in jail and community service, who would DARE do anything bad at the polls?
This will be expedited up and a lefty judge(s) will reinstate the Democrats plan with in days.
I had signed up to be a poll worker and shortly after that requested some information on the 2020 election looking for fraud data the County refused any data I was told it was illegal by state law and after several emails bantering back-and-forth with them I said the heck with it. About a week later I got a call from a lady that runs the watching poll workers scheduling and screwed up and didn’t have anything for me to do.
I have to link the two as to Me being suddenly not needed.
Meanwhile...

BREAKING: The City of Chicago will now NOT allow you to be an election judge or poll watcher unless you are vaccinated.
City officials claim this policy is in place because they consider the position to be a city employee position.
