John McCain Warning on Rand Paul and Putin Resurfaces After Ukraine Vote

Video of the late Senator John McCain (R-AZ) saying that Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) was working for Russian President Vladimir Putin has garnered renewed attention online after Paul single-handedly blocked a vote on a new aid package to Ukraine on Thursday.

A C-SPAN video of McCain's remarks in 2017 was shared to Twitter on Thursday by patient advocate Peter Morley, Democratic strategist Adam Parkhomenko and other social media users.

"So I repeat again - the senator from Kentucky is now working for Vladimir Putin," the late senator said in the short video.

In the clip, McCain was discussing NATO membership for the Balkan nation of Montenegro. Paul had blocked a vote to ratify a treaty that would have allowed Montenegro to join the U.S.-led military alliance by refusing to agree to unanimous consent.

Like some of the McCainiacs on Freerepublic, McCain himself used to accuse people of “working for Piutin” if they didn’t support McCains aggressive foreign policy.

John McCain represented the very worst of Congress. He will be remembered as a “stain” in the Senate.

A legitimate POS.

“Warnings” from a warmonger who had his hands dirty from Lincoln Savings & Loan, only to be “rescued” as he was time and again, due to his VN war service.

When you run out of arguments just accuse someone as working for Putin. Who did McCain work for? It sure wasn’t the American people .

So glad that foolish corrupt man is dead and can no longer harm this nation. Came from a great naval heritage, and shamed it his whole life. McCain as a name was admired until him.

You know far left RATS are getting desperate when they not only need the dead to vote for them, but they start convincing the dead to campaign for them with their old family movies. The RAT Party is definitely the Party of the Dead. The RATs reaching out to McCain to help them is a real hoot. McCain is a Politician Walker now.

“...working for Putin...”
Runs with the logic below.
.
.
Normal person: I think it would be good if everyone didn’t die in a nuclear holocaust.

Crazy person: That means you love Vladimir Putin.

Normal person: No, I just think it would be a good idea to try to prevent the horrific death of literally everyone.

Crazy person: How much is the Kremlin paying you to say that?”

A commitment to increase US energy production and independence and an end to the war in Ukraine would seem to be a very effective platform for 2024 election cycle.
Sure you’d have opposition from the global warming nuts and neocon war nuts but that’s it.

“ So glad that foolish corrupt man is dead and can no longer harm this nation”

Except that Biden is following McCain-LindseyGraham foreign policy biz. Ukraine and Russia, and a number of Freepers are cheering Bidenbon while denouncing dissenters as “working for Putin”

McCain will never die as long as there are McCainiacs alive to push for more regime-change wars and vilify opponents as “Putin trolls”

McCain was a disgusting piece of crap. He abandoned his wife who was sick with cancer and chased a rich woman whom he married.

Paul told MSNBC the day after McCain's remarks: "You know, I think he makes a really, really strong case for term limits. I think maybe he's past his prime; I think maybe he's gotten a little bit unhinged."

😂😂😂

“He will be remembered as a “stain” in the Senate.”

Speaking of stains, fellow senator and good friend Ted Kennedy actually did collude with Soviet Russia.
