A North Carolina man was thrown in the slammer for 24 hours after refusing a lefty judge’s order to wear a mask in court – despite no such local mandates in place.
“I never thought I would show up to jury duty and end up behind bars,” Gregory Hahn told Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”
Hahn, a 47-year-old US Navy veteran and single father, was among 98 jury candidates called to Harnett County court Monday who showed up not wearing a mask, WRAL reported.
The courthouse didn’t have a mask mandate, but Judge Charles Gilchrist – an appointee of former Democratic Gov. Bev Perdue – ordered everyone in his courtroom to wear one.

When do the judges get put behind bars?
It may be needed in a few cases no malice intended just an observation about violations of Constitutional Rights.
Judge needs to be removed ASAP then thrown to the wolves.
All these people in government think we work for them. They work for us and they need to treat us as such or be removed.

In this case, it’s his card room and he can run it the way he wants. I haven’t worn a mask in months but if I go to clinic or hospital I have to. Do you wear a mask going to a clinic or hospital?
Interesting. So according to this judge he could also order everyone to wear their underwear on their head and if they do not they are in contempt of court. And leftists call Republicans fascist? The only fascism I am seeing is coming constantly from the left.

My hospital doesn’t require a mask or take temperature. My doctor’s office has a sign saying I have to wear a mask, and I don’t wear one and no one enforces the sign, or even mentions it to me.
To this day in Reno, all medical clinics and most dentist offices require face diapers. They ask if you have been vaxxed and boosted compelling me to lie which I resent heavily
There do seem to be a few judges in this country who have exceeded their authority and need to be, um, reprimanded. I believe there should be some standard that applies to all of them. Something, perhaps in writing, that would set strict guidelines for jurists. Hmmm…..
I wore the required mask for a routine medical ck up last week. Nurse and doctor both asked if I wanted the flu shot, and if I wanted the pneumonia shot. Not one word was mentioned about the covid vax. The word “covid” has been disappeared.

That was I and my wife’s almost exact experience last week as well.
