I think he’s using the royal “We” here. Where he says “we”, he means “I”. But I think he must be lying, being arrogant but not stupid. But then again, he might be arrogant enough to be that stupid.
People like Gates will try again if not stopped. That's a given.

If I remember correctly, Covid-19 did the early and worst damage in elderly homes. I think Seattle area was the first major nursing home outbreak and of course New York was a catastrophe a few months later.
It killed the residents but not the staff. They didn’t do a lick of real science since those were obvious clues.
If Gates decides to change his mind, history will be rewritten to fit this narrative.
All his webpages and even news articles will be edited/updated.
Social media will delete things that don’t agree.
YouTube will delete things that don’t agree.
Google will rank anything which disagrees low.
Fact checkers will claim this to be the truth.
MICRO SOFT NBC (MSNBC) will never mention or replay anything on any of their network affiliates which contradicts.

As of 1 October 2022, 33 months into the so-called and supposedly continuing pandemic, here is the mortality rate using official sources. ( 6,545,971 global deaths / 7,924,032,450 global population ) x 100 = 0.0826 percent morality rate. Still less that one tenth of one percent of the global population.

An additional anomaly is that the US with its supposedly first-world medical system is among the statistical worst in numbers of deaths per population. ( 1,059,579 US deaths / 6,545,971 global deaths ) x 100 = 16.2 percent of the pandemic in the US alone with its approximately 4 percent of population. After 33 months of this so-called pandemic, the statistical anomaly that the US has “experienced” FOUR TIMES the death rate of the world can only be explained by something other than “possibly” tainted assertions.
The U.S. wrote off all those care center patients, and forbade even the MENTION of therapeutic treatments of Covid.

This guy is the one who told the world how it’s an idiotic idea to think anyone would ever need more than 640 KByte in an OS. Yup that’s the genius influencing the US and even the world regards vaccines and how to deal with this pandemic, which of course is no more than another business deal for him because he started investing in vaccines many years ago.
He’s a nasty greasy old guy that has billions. He’s cunning, slimey, and probably fairly smart. But do not make him out as some genius like some do.

Excess deaths due to Covid are about 350-400/day in the US. Quite the surge underway in Germany as winter arrives. Global case count decline has reversed. Winter in northern hemisphere.
Japan had daily Covid death counts at levels higher than any time since the virus arrived . . . just 5 weeks ago. The latest variant in Singapore is being called the most immunity resistant mutation thus far. Just in time for cold weather.
I still believe killing the elderly in homes (who likely suck up TONS of taxpayer money) was done purposefully and it’s criminal. Think about how much more funds politicians would have to grift with those “useless eaters” off the books.
