I wonder if SCOTUS traded “Trump” for the recent rulings...just a thought.

It’s not going to be a charade when the Feds indict Trump the day after the midterm elections.

So in other words, we have to accept whatever the FBI says they found, at face value.....................

If the special master received the classified documents, Trump could argue that he deserved to see them, too, which could complicate any potential criminal case.

Where the hell does the DOJ get its credibility? They’ve been nothing but liars since Bonzo left office. I still want to know why that runt Garland hasn’t recused himself yet. He’s too damn political and extreme far left.

Vindictive powermonger Bidung unleashed OUR DOJ w/ a public spectacle
<><>a raid on Trump to humiliate Trump and destroy his political base.

But by doing that, they gave President Trump everything he needs
<><>to deliver undeniable evidence to the American people
<><>that government agencies are being weaponized by Democrats and the radical Left.
<><>trying anything that the Democrats may use against him
<><>tying Trump directly to information that could only have been attained from the raid.

Now, it looks like
<><>the President has moved forward with the next phase of his “drain the swamp” strategy
<><>and it begins w/ the DOJ.

Trump is Playing Master-Level Chess with Biden’s DOJ

This latest development is exciting to witness. Not only is it satisfying to see the President standing against the full weight and resources of the DOJ, it’s incredible because despite what people think, he’s winning.

It will be interesting to see what happens when this President with vision reveals his winning move against a corrupt Bidung govt agency that can’t see past their own corruption.

Trump isn’t just after the people at the top. He’s involved the DOJ at nearly every level in this legal process so that he can expose the corruption enmasse. The Trump filing is the latest in a complicated legal case intertwined in four venues of federal court:
<><>the Supreme Court,
<><>the 11th Circuit appeals court,
<><>U.S. District Court in southern Florida
<><>and a special master’s court in Brooklyn.

“It’s the equivalent of a judicial pileup on the highway,” said Mark Chutkow, a former federal prosecutor. The media thinks it’s just drama and stalling. Legal minds know that it’s actually a 4-D legal chess game being played between Trump and the forces at work against him in the federal government.

If the special master received the classified documents, Trump could argue that he deserved to see them, too, which could complicate any potential criminal case.

Trump should already have knowledge of the specially marked documents he sent to Mar-a-Lago.

He picked them.

It should take a day or so for a special master to peruse 700 pages.

Is it too much to ask that he be allowed to do so?

Is it too much to ask that he do so?

If the judge doesn’t allow the special master to do his job, then the judge ought to peruse them personally.

Have agencies acted independently to declassify some or all of these documents?

Since these documents were taken from his home he would already have seen them.

I hope the following thread proves true if such is the case.
