I see no prosecutable criminality in the laptop. Hunter’s major crimes were committed out of the country and evidence worthy of a prosecution is likely not available.

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, just today, unanimously passed a resolution declaring the Russian Federation a terrorist regime.
The UN voted 143 to 5 on Wednesday (12 Oct) to condemn Russia's annexations in Ukraine. Several that abstained on prior resolutions, have now come out condemning Russian aggression in the Ukraine, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Only Syria, Belarus North Korea and Nicaragua voted with Russia. In the whole world.
