I’m going out on a limb and bet they say he’s guilty.

I think he’s already been found guilty and this is to see if the jury is going to impose the death penalty
To: Presbyterian Reporter
now reporting that verdict will be read at 10:15

If this trial was taking place in NY or CA he’d be found not guilty and released and given back his weapons and ammo.

Being impaired, he has a very good chance of avoiding the death penalty. Give him a few years and he’ll probably retract his guilty plea too.

This infective stain on humanity should be scrubbed from the face of the earth. He deprived so many of their chance to live their lives; he does not deserve to draw another breath.

I have watched most of this trial and I believe Cruz will get the Death Sentence.
The evidence was overwhelming that Cruz committed the shooting in a cold, calculated, and premediated manner.
To: Presbyterian Reporter
He is already guilty. They’re just deciding whether he dies or lives.

Life in prison with no parole...
The death penalty just means appeals forever.
To: Red Badger
Yep. No one in the media is talking about how the extremely liberal parents (most of them) of the victims are suddenly pro-death penalty.
To: Presbyterian Reporter
I think in the penalty phase, though, there was an endless litany of sorrowful tales about Cruz’ poor upbringing.
