top election official in Pennsylvania says the state will disregard the U.S. Supreme Court's guidance on counting mail-in ballots arriving in envelopes with typos or incorrect dates, saying that the state's Commonwealth Court has already established the practice as licit. Pennsylvania's election laws have historically required voters to include a signature and date on the outside of return envelopes when voting by mail.
However, acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman announced that Pennsylvania election officials should continue counting ballots that arrive with improperly filled-out envelopes, in accordance with the Commonwealth Court's previous ruling on the matter.

another shove in the face to the law abiding citizens. Not sure how many more we can take.
I hold individual democrat voters responsible if the next stolen election. We all must do that. And for all the ways they come up with to commit national suicide like the covid lockdowns, WWIII, and the green agenda.
Repub poll workers should object to every one they try to count
Lawless POS. Why should anyone honor the results of PA’s elections, then?
i wonder... can this decision be regarded as a legal shot across the bow of vote fraudsters in the various 2020 vote fraud states? that is, something that the USSC sees as a necessary prelude and a minimization of (shall we say) more extreme measures to right the wrongs of the recent past and possibly also the imminent future?
let me finish that thought for ya...need to be removed.
that is, in other words, the USSC is taking a first baby step in the direction of the rule of law vis a vis voting procedure. the step is a baby step to allow the USSC to say in effect that the vote fraudsters cannot claim that they did not see the prospective next decision coming.
U.S. Marshalls need to arrest this creature the moment that she announces the first election result, whatever it is. The Constitution is clear, via the Supremacy Clause, that federal law has primacy over state law when dealing with the same subject, and federal courts have primacy over state courts.
The Democrats know that the control of the senate is in the balance. Taking that Republican Pennsylvania seat is probably their last best hope and they will foment a constitutional crisis if it comes down to Pennsylvania.
Paybacks are going to be a real bitch. This will not end well for Chapman.
Are they seceding from the Union?0
You have to be a registered voter in Westmoreland County to qualify. You do NOT have to be in my precinct because they will arrange an absentee ballot for you.
Laws? We don’t need no stinking laws!
If any PA citizen wants to know what it takes to restore elections integrity, see the Battle of Athens, 1946. The filth won’t care about your protests until this happens to them.

Linda will be on Hannity and throw a hissy fit.
Contempt of Court — and the Supreme Court at that.
Place him in Federal Prison until he reverses his own order.
No, Mitch is too busy helping RATs get re-elected. His Pal Pierre Delecto is helping scuttle Mike Lee.
That’s what I mean by “not ending well”.
From what I understand, the Supreme Court did not go so far as to command Pennsylvania that they couldn’t count the ballots, but what they did was prevent the previous ruling about the ballots from being used as precedent. So if Pennsylvania does count those ballots, then there is now grounds to sue them after the election for doing so.
Well, what do you expect when the Federal Government also no longer abides by nor applies Constitutional law. This country is on life support and the deep state, DC establishment dems have their hands on the lever of power and will shut it down if their power is threatened.
