There was just a decision the other day which is interesting.It involved Massachusetts,which over the last few years has been slapped down by SCOTUS three times regarding its violations of 2nd Amendment rights.This time it was a Massachusetts law which says that if one has been convicted of even minor crimes,as this guy had,they can be forbidden to buy a firearm for life. SCOUTUS ruled that that law was a violation of the recent "Bruen" and ordered the lower court to make that clear.

Massachusetts was on the losing end of a 2nd Amendment SCOTUS case in '16...and was specifically mentioned negatively in the Bruen decision and now this ruling from a few days ago.
