“The ruling, which came just one day after oral arguments, is a major defeat for Gov. John Carney and Delaware Democrats,” the ruling continued. “In an abbreviated order, the court said the vote-by-mail statute ‘impermissibly expands the categories of absentee voters identified in Article V, Section 4A of the Delaware Constitution’.”

The biggest mystery is how the supremes in a state to the left of Pennsylvania could actually rule that the state consitution means what is says. If only we could be as lucky . . . .

It’s Delaware. The Dems don’t need to cheat to win there. Hence they’re just fine with this “voter suppression”.

Interesting, isn’t it, that prohibiting mail-in ballots is always considered a “defeat for Democrats.” And we all know why...

That sentence was in the ruling? Weird.

Mail in ballots should be used on vary limited basis. Not
like 2020 when COVID had the the world on a shut down
scenario

Any widespread use of mail-in ballots, is effectively a de facto guarantee of fraud.

When is Florida going to follow suit? Right now, in Hillsborough County, “Vote By Mail” begins the second week of October. I have the flyer Craig Latimer’s Office sent out weeks ago. How do we get the Florida Supremes on board? Somebody has to file suit or what? DeSantis? Who?

Why is it that each and every without exception voting initiative that inherently makes the voting integrity less secure always seem to favor the democrats?
