A Los Angeles cop who died in what the department said was a training accident was actually killed for being a possible whistleblower — and was about to reveal information about a gang rape by police, his family claims.

“He had subdural hematomas at three places on the left side and three places on the right side. There is no way that grappling would have caused those injuries the way the LAPD portrayed it,” he said, according to Fox News.
Suuuuure, training "accident".
The LAPD is one of the most corrupt police depts in this country.
LA County Sheriffs are worse.

Cop speak for cover up.
There is no possible way imjuries that severe were the result of “grappling” with another officer. Who does the LAPD think they are, the FBI?
He’s not dead why doesn’t someone just ask him what happened.
Lee Baca was a real piece of work.
Sounds like he got a room at the Victory Motel….

"Houston Tipping, 32, died three days after an on-duty incident at the department’s Elysian Park Academy on May 26. His death has been ruled an accident."
I got the hood (of the sheriff’s car) treatment once from L.A. Sheriffs.
A car load of drunken party guys picked me up hitchhiking and they got pulled over, when the sheriffs started looking like they were going to administer a drunk test on the driver I jumped out to make a scene as a distraction, and I started acting belligerent and asking for probable cause and so on.
It worked, by the time they got through red-necking me and running a check they had forgotten about the driver and he had returned to the car, we left without so much as the original ticket.
Thanks for the correction.
Accident.
Right.
May God judge those guilty.
Lawlessness abounds...
“The LAPD is one of the most corrupt police depts in this country.”
Try Chicago and Denver. Denver once had safecrackers working on the PD.
