Former Pentagon Advisor Says US Likely Attacked Nord Stream Pipelines to Isolate Germany
Summit News ^ | 10/3/22 | Paul Watson

A former Pentagon advisor says the most likely culprits behind the Nord Stream pipeline blasts are the United States and Britain, and that the attack was carried out to prevent Germany from bailing on the war in Ukraine.

Retired US Army colonel Douglas Macgregor made the comments during an appearance on the Judging Freedom podcast.

Macgregor said a process of elimination rules out Germany, because they are dependent on Nord Stream for their energy security, while it also served no benefit for Russia to have sabotaged its own infrastructure.

“Would the Russians destroy their own pipeline? 40 percent of Russian gross national product or gross domestic product consists of foreign currency that comes into the country to purchase natural gas, oil, coal and so forth. So the Russians did not do this. The notion that they did I think is absurd,” Macgregor said.

However, citing reports that more than 500 kg of TNT had been detected in both explosions, the former Pentagon advisor suggested only the United States and British Royal Navy had the capability to pull off the attack.

“Then you have to look at who are the state actors that have the capability to do this. And that means the Royal Navy, the United States Navy Special Operations,” said Macgregor.

“I think that’s pretty clear. We know that thousands of pounds of TNT were used because these pipelines are enormously robust. You have several inches of concrete around various metal alloys to move the natural gas. So it’s not something that you could simply drop a grenade down at the end of a fish line and disrupt. That means it takes a certain amount of sophistication,” he added.

If this is true, Xiden, Austin and the whole Xiden cabinet should be tried, convicted and executed for war crimes.

When Reagan blew up a Soviet pipeline in 1986, do you think he should have been arrested?

I’m not sure if this was our boys, but it was good work if it was.

Anybody with even half a brain knows the US did it.

It serves no purpose for Russia to destroy their leverage.

For Germany it takes away the option of caving in....which you know they would have been extremely tempted to do this Winter as things get truly painful. Now they’ll have to stand firm like it or not.

Gee......who benefits from that? The same country which has had ever single leader dating back for decades and decades decry the Germans buying their energy from Russia in the first place.

Doesn’t Russia have a strong interest in a weakened Western Europe?

Reagan didn’t blow it up. He let the Russians steal infected software and they blew it up themselves. BIG difference.

Monkeywerx caught a USN P8 Poseidon over the Baltic Sea at the time of the incident.

I'm not sure if Biden and his administration is capable of making and carrying out such plans.
They are definitely worthless at predicting consequences.

Biden in his own words...

"If Russia invades, that means tanks or troops crossing the border of Ukraine again, there will no longer be a Nord Stream 2, We will bring an end to it."

"I promise you: We will be able to do it."

I normally don't believe a word he says, but in a court of law this would be very damming.

My money is on Ukraine. They used some of that state of the art weaponry that is being showered down on them by the United States.

Or, some of it, being sold on the black market, was used by a rogue country or organization.

Why can’t we accept our involvement in the pipeline sabotage when Biden clearly stated that he would not allow the delivery of Russian gas in case of a Russian invasion into Ukraine? Are we so convinced we’re the good guys after seeing our country going to hell because of this administration?

Macgregor is hardly the only one saying this.

Here are a few facts about the sabotage:

Biden said we were going to do it

It happened “overnight” on the 26th of September

We have a US Navy P8 fly from the United States to a refueling rendezvous point over Grudziądz Poland at 0210 hrs GMT

The two aircraft, Callsign N/A, and BART12 sync up at 26,400 ft for an extended 1:20 minute refueling, disconnecting at 0328 hrs GMT

The BART12 air refueler RTB’d to Spangdahlem Air Base Germany and one should note the flight record has been wiped

The Navy P8 then continues onto the Nord Stream Pipeline location and descends to an altitude of <10,000 ft at 0345 hrs GMT

The Navy P8 exits the area just prior to 0700 hrs and is the only aircraft over the area the entire time

At 0709 hrs GMT the Navy P8 returns back to the United States. Note: the US Navy P8 HexCode is AE6851 and is NOT listed in the aircraft database. Furthermore, the aircraft flew as “masked” meaning it did not want to be tracked

Datapoint, there were recorded 2.3 magnitude shakes in the area at that same time

The following morning NATO Forces announce that overnight the Nord Stream 2 Pipeline has been sabotaged

A Poland Ministry Official posts a tweet thanking the United States for taking out the Pipeline

On September 29th in front of the UN Security Council a Russian Federation spokesperson presents the known facts and asks the United States representative directly in a yes or no requested response, “did the United States take out the Nord Stream 2 Pipeline” in which the US representative did not confirm nor deny it and didn’t answer the question, but instead took an offensive posture.

Exactly. The fact he said it means that it was discussed as an option.

Would the Russians destroy their own pipeline?

The accusation that the U.S. probably attacked the Nord Stream pipeline, seems plausible. After all, didn't the Biden administration 'attack' our own pipeline and our oil and fossil-fuels industry in general? The cause of 'climate change' is more important to the environmental lobbyists and the big government proponents, than the well-being of the countries involved.

What we have with the 'climate change' and global warming worshipers, is a dictatorship by the minority. That minority should NEVER be allowed to have power of any kind, because, they'll always take advantage of that power and won't care what damage they cause along the way, as long ss their climate-change agenda is served.

Keeping Germany 'honest' as far as the war in Ukraine is concerned, might be part of the reason to kill the pipeline, but, with Biden and the environmentalist wackos, destroying the pipeline had a secondary advantage to their cause. Two birds, one stone.

>> “I’m not sure if this was our boys, but it was good work if it was.” <<

There is no honor in pulling a covert underwater sneak-attack energy Pearl Harbor where the primary victim is your ally, in order to blame it on an other party.

At least when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor, they did it in clearly marked airplanes and took “credit.”

They didn’t do it underwater and try to shift the blame.

An underwater energy Pearl Harbor you blame on a 3rd party is the work of villainous lying scumbags.
