Those in charge get what they want. If Nancy Pelosi is in pain I guarantee you she gets whatever she wants. Same with Hillary Clinton. I read on this forum once that a boy had terminal cancer and was in severe pain but his dad denied him pain treatment. The doctor pleaded with him. But the dad didn't want his son "hooked on drugs" he died a few days later in pain and agony - but he wasn't "hooked on drugs". The doctor couldn't over ride parents permission.
I would say Pot will increase the likelyhood of severe episodes in those already with some mental illness otherwise enjoy.
