Someone posted an article here the other day that argued that the pipeline explosions were due to Russian maintenance failures (incompetence on the part of the Russians).
It made sense. But other possible explanations also make sense. I suppose we’ll never know for sure.

Why would the Russians blow up those pipelines? Without them they cannot sell their gas to Europe and obtain hard currency. Most of that gas will be burned off. There is no capacity to sell to other buyers. The loss of this energy will cause economic contraction throughout the EU especially in Germany. Germany has ingested green lunacy poison. It is in the process of committing cultural and economic suicide. The destruction of these pipelines will hasten its death as a nation state. The globalist cabal that runs Biden is ecstatic. Who would have thought twenty years ago that the US Navy would be yoday doing missions for the lunatic Left.

It’s Russia’s pipeline so they will investigating and making repairs to it. Sweden and Denmark are part of NATO so I am not sure how honest the investigation will be.
When Sweden sends the Swedish swim team, then we’ll know they are serious.
Hypothetically, if it is shown that it was the U.S. that was responsible, I can't imagine the response. I could see radio silence from the Mockingbirds, along with a contrived domestic distraction and more barricades in DC.
If it was a third party (most likely with assistance), say Poland, will they get thrown under the bus?
