Joe will be entirely lucid for the few days of this trip. Watch them fly him to Delaware , where he will receive his secret blood transfusion from 16 year olds contracted for the purpose. Thats how they do it. He is bright eyed and bushy tailed for a few days and then goes back to his usual dementia.
