I have seen women 8 months pregnant dance an entire ballet on pointe so I dont doubt someone athletic and fit could squat and get back up in heels.
The noise comes from her putting her foot down on the heel. I didn’t notice anything about bigness because of the coat and don’t know how many months pregnant she was or wasn’t. I don’t know if she could bend down or not, but I’m skeptical of all the internet rumors going round.

I could do what she did very easily, even in the third trimester. But, every woman is different, and so is every pregnancy, so other women might've had a different experience.
I'm not a fan of MM, but I see nothing concerning in that video. If they really did fake her pregnancy, that video isn't evidence of it.
