“I don’t understand what would motivate Belarusians to consciously go to war with Ukraine, kill and die for no one knows what, even if they are officers who are under oath obliged...”

So it’s okay for Ukraine to beg Americans, English, and Polish ppl to fight for them, but they don’t understand why Russia would let Belarusians fight alongside their soldiers? 🤣

Russia is losing the war and Lukashenko is teetering on the edge of a revolution. Sending Belorussian men off to die so Russia can profit from Ukrainian oil and gas would be enough to get Lukashenko ousted a la Ceausescu.

I don’t think Lukashenko intends on following through on his threat. If he did Belorussia would probably have a pro-western government within a year. I imagine Putin understands that as well. I think they both just want to create panic in the West and to tie down as many Ukrainian troops as possible.

Why is this story only published by sites of the radical left? There was another one like it a few months ago, also published only by the radical left. It gives us a peek at some Putinistas not hiding behind artificial, online personas.

The reason Spain didn’t come into the war on the side of the Axis is because it was so weak that it would have been a drag on Nazi resources. The same is true of Belarus. They have a very small poorly equipped army. The Russians would have to carry them, and the Russians can’t even carry themselves. It would add another front on a front line that is already practically indefensible. Belarus is keeping a large contingent of Ukrainian troops tied down.

The mood of Russia's top propagandist, Vladimir Solovyov in this clip can be summed up as "Hello darkness, my old friend." He demands some victories and complains that people are running away from Russia. He also sighs. A lot. pic.twitter.com/0NNetH3hLi— Julia Davis (@JuliaDavisNews) September 29, 2022
