So it’s okay for Ukraine to beg Americans, English, and Polish ppl to fight for them, but they don’t understand why Russia would let Belarusians fight alongside their soldiers? 🤣

No, that's not what he said at all. He'd clearly understand why Russia would want Belorussians to fight for Russia. What he said was that he didn't understand why Belarussians s would want to fight and die for Russia.

It's a rather simple point.

Ukrainians never “begged” any foreigners to fight for them

every foreigner who went there, went there voluntarily, because they saw a sovereign country under attack
