In less than 24 hours part of Ukraine becomes part of Russia and NATO just held a secret meeting to ramp up the war. Vladimir Putin pointed the finger directly at the U.S. for its attack on the Nord Stream pipelines. Germany is on the brink of collapse as German energy experts point to coming blackouts.
I think you need to calm down and realize that these separatist territories are predominantly Russian speakers who hate being terrorized by neo Nazi thugs and want to be with Russia. The Ukraine is a corrupt chit hole that you would not want to live in for 15 minutes.
Let alone training. Russian reservists have one year of brutal, but not combat related training. The conscripts have no training. Not to mention Russia’s lack of an NCO corps.
The question is how many new troops a month is Ukraine training and equipping?
The current problem for Russia is that Ukraine has surprised them by being able to mount attacks on two separate fronts while Russia only has the manpower to defend one.
Those 300K that Russia is now mobilizing will get them back to parity, but Ukraine’s army is also continuing to grow and I don’t think 300K would be enough in six months.

The new satire uses the same Powell making a rhetorical cartoon point about how incredibly evil Putin is. Why Putin would blow up his own pipeline that funds his war is never explained. Instead Powell is sent out to lie and look stupid.

Horse crap. The United States Army and U.S. Marine Corps have been in constant combat for 20 years. We have used and tested the M777 and it the HIMARS systems under all sorts of conditions. This statement is verifiably false. It makes the entire article suspect.
I’m a retired Field Artillery officer, that statement is verifiably false. Both the M777 and HIMARS are field tested and have combat history.
It makes even less sense for the HIMARS. The firing element is contained in the ammo pod, which holds 6 rockets. Fire 6 rounds then discard the pod, pick up a new one and fire that one. The launcher truck and fire control systems do not see huge wear and tear from firing. The pod gets by far most of the damage.
