I always wondered if the Chinese “student” spies and tech firm spies in the US would suddenly flood the airports and leave the US, if that would be the final hours before the gib war.
Someone on FR said the Chinese don’t care and will accept letting their Chinese plants here die along with all of us. They have many more mouths to feed in China and won’t miss them.

If this is true, it may be related to concerns about instability in Russia related to the mobilization, or concerns about border transit being impeded during mobilzation. If Russians truly are attempting to flee their own country, Russia could clamp down on all cross-border traffic to stop it.
It would be nice if the U.S. would accept the people from Poland and Bulgaria as refugees. However, these are people who understand communism and remember what it was like and would never vote for our current democrat party. So, the likelihood of Biden including them in his unwritten open border policy has the same chance as allowing defecting Cuban’s asylum. Any Pols or Bulgarians who try to do so would get the same treatment as Elian Gonzales.
