Whey protein is the most complete form of protein with all the essential amino acids.

When my daughter was a baby I used to put a scoop of whey protein into her bottle. Started doing this after researching the best protein for babies.

During that year, when people were hoarding food and meat cases were bare, the fake meat sections were TEEMING with inventory. Even in the middle of TEOTWAWKI, people wouldn't eat this dreck.
