Kari Lake: Cheney comments may be ‘best gift I have ever received’

Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake on Sunday said her campaign welcomed Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) promising to do everything she could to ensure Lake does not win in November.

Lake told Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” host Maria Bartiromo that “the people of Wyoming can’t stand” Cheney and she was sure “the people of Arizona don’t like Liz Cheney” either.

“That might be the biggest, best gift I have ever received,” Lake said of Cheney’s comments. “The Republican Party, the new Republican Party, is the party of we, the people. It is no longer the party of warmongers.

“Liz Cheney probably should change her voter registration. Turns out she really is a Democrat after all,” the GOP candidate added.

I love Kari Lake on the campaign. Let’s see how she governs and she may be a good VP in 2024 or 2028.

Should really help Lake’s turnout effort. Liz is unpopular basically everywhere but at CNN.

Cheney promised to leave the Republicans if Trump is the 2024 nominee.

Just leave now. Why make us wait?

What Republican thinks that a threat to leave if (whatever) occurs or doesn’t occur, shows anything other than narcissism? They’ve already left, in their head.

In August Hobbs was up by as much as 3 points. Now in September Lake is up by 3 points (depends on the poll). The more people see and hear Lake, the more they like her.

Republicans need to kick her out. She is helping the progressives wing of the corrupt democrats.

No doubt in my mind that Liz Chaney represents the thinking of the lite Republicans. That is why I give no money to the GOP. I give it straight to the MAGA candidates. A classic example is what is going on in Alaska right now with Murkowski.

Indeed. Why would it matter which party Cheney votes for? She isn’t an elected representative in Congress or anywhere else. Cheney is about to find out that no one respects or trusts a traitor. Democrats have no use for her any longer and they’re certainly not going to welcome her into their party.

This is why grudge carrying, pathologically bitter women are unsuitable as representatives in a Republic. I have my doubts that they should even be allowed to vote.

The dems will take her in. They will use her to keep attacking, as the former expert on republicans.

That makes sense to me. Take away what she perceives as her power over the party by just kicking her out. I’m not sure we need her for anything right now.

As if any self-avowed Conservative will miss her...

Liz Cheney, please just go. Go now, the sooner the better.

To show how far gone she is, she thinks she’s a better
person leaving us to go pick up the Communist torch.

Nutty as a fruitcake...

But Lindsey, Tim Scott, and the Turtle want Murkowski.

It’s a RINO festival.

What exactly does one have to do to get kicked out of the Republican party today?

Be a conservative? No, they need you to vote for the selected candidate, then sit down and shut up.

Why carry around useless doubts? But, one might require a degree in phycology to be allowed to judge the individual cases.

The Wyoming Republican Caucus did get her out. It should be made official at the federal level too the second she’s out of office in January.
