ALERT: On Sept. 22, 2022, USCIS was notified of a settlement agreement between the U.S. Army and class members of the civil action captioned Calixto v. Department of the Army, Civ. A. No. 18-1551 (PLF) (D.D.C.). The Calixto settlement agreement affects USCIS’ military naturalization policies, and USCIS is reviewing policy changes based on the terms of this settlement agreement. USCIS will soon provide guidance and instructions for Calixto class members who may be eligible to apply for military naturalization under section 329 of the Immigration and Nationality Act...

Be a lawful permanent resident at the time of your naturalization interview;
But the democrats will change that in the future
Hmm.
1.) make military service unappealing to conservative-leaning Americans
2.) let millions of illegals into the US, including hundreds of thousands of military-age youths with impossible-to-verify backgrounds
3.) encourage undocumented migrants to join the military with the promise of citizenship for them and permanent residency for their families
4.) indoctrinate new troops with left-wing propoganda and compel obedience due to promised citizenship but little in the realms of loyalty to country, only the system which provided their means to citizenship.
Folks, this ain’t good.
The fix is in ...
Yes, it is, Democrats need human waves of immigrants to march into Chinese/Russian machine guns and artillery. Pax American, you know..
One year is not even what draftees served. Most enlistments were 3 years minimum.
And you know who they will not have any hesitation about shooting.
5). Arm them to the teeth.
Biden will probably count service with the cartels as qualifying.
It worked for Rome. /s
The parallels between the U.S. and Rome are just rumors.
Pay no attention to the leftist behind the curtain.
I thought it was now mandatory to be gay or trans to join the military now
+1
LOL
worked great for the Romans... /s
In the USAF I was in a class with a man from Belize. He was getting his citizenship through one of those programs. He was one of the most conservative people I ever met. He wasn’t too impressed by his native countries’ neighbors.
Good news - most of the Hispanic guys I worked with were pretty conservative too
The army should have had 20 thousand Ukrainians serving in our infantry trained in anti-tank weaponry. Hey could have gone back home as dual citizens and there would have been a whole lot more Russian equipment and conscripts gone. An opportunity lost.
Its how you get a foreign army to shoot your citizens.
