Herbert's Box? Well, at least it's not Dilbert's Box. That would be catastrophic.

As I leave for Florida on Saturday for a week long, much needed vacation, I’ve been monitoring this website. https://spaghettimodels.com/
This guy also has a YouTube discussion daily. If it’s a greater than a cat 2 I’m heading back home early. Bringing my chainsaw and extra gas just in case.

New model runs have it curving into south FL below Tampa, but it’s a week away, so stay tuned...

Trial run to see if our fairly new double pane Hurricane windows work!
We have had so much rain the past few weeks I wonder if our area can sustain a hurricane.

Storm has a Charlie look of it but not as strong. That one virtually wiped out a portion of captiva island and went over Orlando out by Ormandy beach.

Praying that Cuba’s land will weaken this system as it crosses over. I hope it will be moving fast as it comes into Florida and pulls through and out quickly.

New NOAA Song:
Took Storm Forecast troubles down to Madame Rue
You know that gypsy with the gold-capped tooth
She’s got a pad down on Thirty-Fourth and Vine
Has Prediction Potion Number Nine
I told her that I was a flop with this
I’ve been this way since 1956
She looked at my palm and she made a magic sign
She said: “Need Forecast Potion Number Nine”

This is looking like it will be hitting Florida, and some family in the next week, though time will tell. Keeping my eye out for all that. Thx.

I don’t remember the last time to the Main Stream News was so excited by a Tropical Depression. It’s been a slow year, I guess... they have so many new graphics they need to use.

Tampa Bay lucky over the years
A NE moving storm making landfall just north will send a huge surge into the bay
This one has the potential to do this
Luck and time will tell
