If the United States decides to seriously escalate our support for Ukraine, we must do so thru the lens of clarity. Threatening to attack the Russian Black Sea Fleet has already prompted Russian war planners to consider hitting similar targerts. Taking out our Fleet in Japan, Guam, and support bases in Okanawi would leave our forward Pacific stragety in ruins; buy hitting non-US soil it would be a counter blow. Hitting US forces in pacific isles alone could cripple the United States forcing us to rely on any future theater operations as a most porbable nuclear only war option, say with the Chinese... or a continuance of hositilities with Russia.

The US would do better to take over Cuba.

and then Russia will retaliate with a devastating strike against the USA. Did you consider this, Mr. “US Army’s former European commander”?

We are being led by idiots who want a crippling war for their own purposes!
