More and more I see a completely corrupted justice system. It raises process and procedure above justice. It has become a cudgel for those willing to wield it; to ruin and demoralize any who stand to challenge it.
We now have a system of advocates (lawyers) willing to attack anyone, anywhere and anything; the referees (judges) are happy to accommodate. Common law and common sense are no longer core values to be held, and good citizenship is passe’.
The political left is much more adroit and willing to use it; but all of the powerful will use it to their ends.
For the practitioners of law, justice has become a game; a self-absorbed debating club that the ruling class uses against its serfs.

The illegal aliens who are the subject of this lawsuit can be easily tainted because they are all under warrant to appear in an immigration court after they were caught entering the country.

The first question that any lawyer would ask is "Did anyone offer to take care of your immigration case or legal bills if you were willing to be a part of this lawsuit? Did you make a deal with someone?"
