Biden flew them around the country. Lawsuits there?
Thank God for Trump judges and… justices. = winning!

So that would make biden and his crowd automatically guilty too?

“These immigrants, who are pursuing the proper channels for lawful immigration status in the United States, experienced cruelty akin to what they fled in their home country,” the suit alleges. Sorry, but "migrants" pursuing lawful paths would not be in the country illegally. Permitted under the fedgov fedzilla non-enforcement of law is not the same as legal.
The lawyers who brought the suit should be disbarred in a punitive action, IMHO.

The Eleventh Amendment states:
“The judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any foreign state.”

The wetbacks themselves probably have no knowledge of this. Only the party bringing the suit knows anything about the details.
I smell obama.

They are illegals,

They all signed consent forms so this is BS. Besides, they’re aliens who have invaded our border. We should be able to ship them anywhere we want since we can no longer shut the borders.

Gee. Isn’t that strange. They knew how to get in touch with the right lawyer and file a suit.
Wonder how that happened?

They chose to go there. DeSantis gave them the Maryland brochure and they said we want to go there!

This lawsuit business is an attempt by dims to dominate a news cycle or two with phony stories that DeSantis is in big trouble for doing something wrong; DeSantis is worse than the Republican that had a dog cage on the roof of his car; and billionaires on Martha's Vineyard are victims, not hypocrites.
If this gains traction perhaps The Turtle will call DeSantis and order him to stop fighting the mob in Washington because “the optics are not right.”
And who knows, perhaps an Obama judge will have the governor's mansion in Tallahassee sacked and burned.

I like Trump BUT, there’s too much drama. Criminal investigation from a Sheriff in TX, kidnapping charges, lawsuits. I am so glad we are moving on from Trump. So much less drama. /S

They crossed the border illegally
“to pursue the proper channels for lawful immigration”...

You know someone in Martha’s Vineyard is behind this lawsuit. So much for their pretense that they welcome illegal immigrants.
