And I’ve tried many times to go paperless on the Medicare site and continually get an “unable to change, try again later” message.

Would like to know the expense to print this and mail hard copy— when people do NOT ask for it or, if given a choice could get a PDFonline (which they already get even when they get the paper books as well— mailed to them!!!).
