Pennsylvania Democrat U.S. Senate candidate John Fetterman once voted to release a man sentenced to life in prison for killing a man with garden shears in a parking garage.
The convict, Charles "Zeke" Goldblum, also attempted to hire a hitman to kill his accomplice in the brutal murder.
Fetterman, as the Keystone State's lieutenant governor, voted to release Goldblum in 2019 and said he was "happy" after the killer left prison last year, The Washington Free Beacon reported Monday.

I don't understand why that's considered "news" since all Republicans know that all Democrats/RINOs are always pro-criminal and want to put all criminals back on the streets ASAP.
The real news would be if that Democrat politician said he wanted to get tough on the criminals (but that will NEVER happen in a million years). Democrats/RINOs are always Pro-Criminal, Anti-Victim.
Also, you may have noticed this nationwide phenomenon: The entire far-left MSM, all Democrat/RINO politicians, all corporate CEOs, all pro sports league commissioners, all academics, etc., always refer to it as "gun violence" (as though there are literally no criminals ever involved in any of the crimes). You'll never hear even one Democrat/RINO talk about the national epidemic of "violent criminals" committing violent crimes. Instead, all Democrats/RINOs always systemically talk about the national epidemic of "gun violence." Ever notice that?
It's just "gun violence" - no criminals are ever involved. Simply eliminate all guns nationwide and all the criminals throughout the country will suddenly become all nice and friendly and your best pals!
Just because one is no longer a threat to society is not a valid reason for parole. By that logic the Ft. Hood shooter should go free because he is paralyzed from the waist down.

Fetterman is a liar relating to the two campaign workers on his staff. The were never found innocent of murder. They were pardoned by his political associate, Democrat Governor Tom Wolf.
In rejecting their appeal, here’s how the Pennsylvania Superior Court summarized the “evidence adduced at trial” — that is, evidence presented in open court, supported by physical evidence and eyewitness testimony, subjected to cross-examination, and believed by 12 members of a jury:
“On May 31, 1993, [Dennis Horton], his brother Lee Horton (’Lee’), and a co-conspirator Robert Leaf (’Leaf’) robbed Filito’s Bar located at 5th Street and Hunting Park Avenue.
“During the course of the robbery, [Dennis Horton], who was carrying a rifle, shot Samuel Alemo multiple times. Alemo later died from his gunshot wounds. [Dennis Horton] also shot Luz Archella and her daughter Luz Martinez, injuring both. Leaf brandished what appeared to be a black pistol while Lee took money from bar patrons. After leaving the bar, the three men fled in a blue automobile.
“A passerby was able to supply police with a description of the vehicle and a partial license plate number. A radio call was sent out, which included a description of the three assailants, their vehicle, and the last four digits of the license plate. A police officer observed the vehicle a short time later only a mile from the crime scene, and placed [Dennis Horton] and his companions under arrest.
“Police recovered a .22-caliber semiautomatic rifle from the backseat of the car, as well as a black pellet gun under the front passenger seat. Ballistics testing identified the rifle as the same weapon used during the robbery at Filito’s. [Horton], Lee, and Leaf ... were taken to the hospital where Martinez and her daughter, as well as another bar patron, Miguel DeJesus, identified them as the robbers.””
Had clips of Fetterman post stroke, not being able to complete sentences, just throwing out talking sound bites.

Tucker's final point, was if they can elect a man who clearly isn't cognically capable of doing the job, has a horrible record, has done nothing for the community he serves, allowed crime to soar, then they can do anything.

FWIW I had a lipoma surgically removed 15 yrs ago from a similar location although it was much smaller.
