A new report shows that Russia and Ukraine had negotiated a peace deal back in April, but the U.S. and U.K. intervened to stop it. So Russia and Ukraine wanted to end the war four months ago. They were going to end the horror and death traumatizing the Ukrainian people but NATO refused because they wanted their proxy war to continue.
Let’s take a step back and think about this.
Let’s forget the fact that the U.S. and NATO helped create the war in Ukraine by breaking their promise to Russia not to expand NATO.
Let’s forget that the U.S. perpetrated the 2014 coup in Ukraine.
Let’s forget the fact that many top US officials, including former CIA head Leon Panetta, have admitted that this is a proxy war between the U.S., NATO, and Russia.
Let’s forget the fact that Biden and Congress have sent tens of billions of dollars of weapons and aid to an army that is at least partially Nazis who don’t do a very good job of hiding that they’re Nazis.
And let’s forget the fact that even U.S. propaganda mouthpieces CBS and CNN have admitted that only about 30% of the billions of dollars of weapons have made it to the frontlines in Ukraine. The rest has been stolen and sold on the black market to terrorists and people who like using grenade launchers as coasters.
Let’s forget the fact that the U.S. government has admitted that they’re lying about what’s going on in Ukraine because they say it’s justified when in an information war.
Let’s forget the fact that a U.S.-funded committee in the Ukrainian government has called anyone reporting the truth about the war an “information terrorist” who should be prosecuted for war crimes. This includes U.S. Congressman Rand Paul and Pink Floyd frontman Roger Waters.
Let’s forget the fact that the sanctions against Russia have backfired and are destroying the lives of average Americans.
Let’s forget that documents have already revealed that the U.S. and the West have been planning to plunder Ukraine for years.
Let’s forget all of that – and that’s a lot of forgetting. That’s Joe Biden on his worst day.
Even with all of that forgetting. Even if you’re still just waving your Ukrainian flag and refusing to hear any of those facts that I’ve just listed, would it matter to you that a new report shows the U.S. and its allies actually tore up a peace deal, stopping it from going forward, way back in April?
That’s right. Way back in April, Russia and Ukraine had tentatively agreed to a peace deal. A deal that could’ve ended all this senseless killing.
David DeCamp reports, “Russian and Ukrainian officials tentatively agreed on a potential peace deal during negotiations back in April 2022, according to a Foreign Affairs article. … The terms of that settlement would have been for Russia to withdraw to the positions it held before launching the invasion on February 24. In exchange, Ukraine would ‘promise not to seek NATO membership and instead receive security guarantees from a number of countries.’”
That sounds incredible. It sounds like it could’ve ended an immense amount of suffering.

Wiki on Fiona Hill: a British-American foreign affairs specialist and academic. She is a former official at the U.S. National Security Council specializing in Russian and European affairs. She was a witness in the November 2019 House hearings regarding the impeachment inquiry during the first impeachment of Donald Trump. She was awarded her Ph.D. in history from Harvard University, and currently serves as a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution in Washington. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission.
Both of them adjust to promote the ever changing Russian narrative, while pretending they were right all along by selectively qualifying what they said previously.
There's also the Reuters report that Zelensky offered Putin the guarantee that Ukraine would not join NATO, Russia agreed, then dropped it right before the invasion (Insider).
Amazing that the two most obvious Russian shills and spin doctors are considered credible by the conservatives now.
It wasn't even a Reuters report. It was a Foreign Policy article that the pro-Russia crowds accepts as gospel, even though the authors qualified that statement, and then selectively ignored the rest of what it had to say about Putin (all bad!). This is it:

How do you know that? The article makes no such declaration. Besides, Fiona Hill has been roundly criticized and lambasted by conservatives as being untrustworthy (remember the first Trump impeachment?).
So, are you one of those who say Hill was untrustworthy then, but is trustworthy now?

Which, while incredibly sticky with the blood of others and eager to grab off whatever is available within the detritus, are being directed from elsewhere.
Undoubtedly, a portion of Biden’s 10% is funneled to the instigators, as is a portion from each oligarch/crypto-oligarch involved. We know who they are by their appearances in Ukraine, their supportive statements elsewhere and their personal donations to Ukraine.
Everything we are experiencing, in addition to this war and the ones being fomented at the peripheries of Russia, have as their goal maximum chaos.
We are living in a civilization-changing period. It is The Extinction of the Dinosaurs, The End of The Bronze Age, The Fall of Rome, Henry the VIII’s appropriation of the church assets/power, the depopulation of the Black Death, The Little Ice Age, and every other climactic, militaristic, and epidemic change that has survived in our current understanding of history. ALL of these catastrophes are happening either at once or in close series.
The perpetrators are playing for all the marbles and do not intend to allow the majority of individuals nor any sovereign independent state to survive.
The collective angst is being restrained by these tribal divisions of political party, nationalism, fear of an over-hyped illness, faith in an equally over-hyped inoculation and terror at the approach of an energy-scarce, food-scarce, security-deficient season. While this is occurring, the monetary system is being destabilized in preparation of programmable electronic currency. The Panopticon is being constructed around us as we watch.

You will gain nothing if Ukraine *wins*. Neither will Ukraine.
Putin is the enemy of the destruction. No, he is not a saint. Yes, he’s used destructive means in his resistance. The very fact that he is attacked as a human being in the exact same way as Trump is so attacked indicates the West either has purchased elements of the Russian ruling elite, controls some through blackmail and will not even worry if the next Russian leader is a super-hawk who will nuke Brussels. The more expended in blood, treasure, and soil, the better to accelerate the civilizational collapse.
Russia is marked for total regime change by the globalists. Every other nation is being directed or provoked to participate. Europe and America are occupied, as is Canada and the Pacific Anglo-sphere. They are industriously sending all the assets of those nations to the ultimate would-be planetary rulers. Every other nation has or is in process of joining together to oppose the globos.
Does that tell you nothing? Any survivors may well call it Global War I. It will make the two previous *World Wars* look quaint.
Rather than cheer one’s favorite gladiator and virtuously shout for the head of another, look outside that particular stadium and direct all that energy where is might accomplish something positive for the world.
